Kodal Minerals PLC (AIM:KOD) improved 9% as the junior reiterated the Bougouni lithium project is on schedule for initial production in the fourth quarter of this year.

Capital costs are also expected to come in on budget at around US$65 million, with initial production set for 125,000 tonnes a year.

Shares in Roquefort Therapeutics PLC (LSE:ROQ, OTCQB:ROQAF) rose 24% following the signing of a term sheet to out-license its Midkine antibody portfolio to Dubai-based PDC. The deal includes an upfront payment of $10 million.

Roquefort will also receive a non-dilutive equity stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that PDC will use to develop the Midkine antibodies. The exclusive worldwide license will last for 20 years.

Kodal Minerals PLC (AIM:KOD) told investors that the construction of the Phase 1 Dense Media Separation (DMS) processing plant and crushing circuit at the Bougouni lithium project is progressing on schedule.

The project, located in Southern Mali, is fully-funded following the completion of the US$117.5 million Hainan transaction (announced in November), and, it is on track for first production in the fourth quarter of 2024.

European Green Transition PLC (AIM:EGT) told investors it had entered an exclusive option agreement for a carbon credit project at Altan farm in Donegal, Ireland.

It grants the AIM-quoted firm a 12-month period for due diligence on the potential carbon sink program, across a 1,370-acre site primarily comprising blanket peatland.

Condor Gold PLC (AIM:CNR, TSX:COG, OTC:CNDGF) said Burnbrae Group, wholly owned by Jim Mellon, the explorer's chairman, is to exercise around 3.33 million warrants at 15p per share for a total consideration of just short of £500,000.

Burnbrae subsidiary Galloway will hold 26.13% of Condor’s issued shares post the warrants exercise.

The immuno-oncology group also expects to receive a non-dilutive equity stake in a special purpose vehicle (SPV) that PDC will use to develop the Midkine antibodies.

Greatland Gold PLC (AIM:GGP, OTC:GRLGF) has been granted a new Exploration Licence E52/4342 (Woodlands) covering 134sq km as the inaugural tenement in the Mt Egerton project in Victoria.

Woodlands is a new gold-copper exploration project established in the Gascoyne region, located 230km north of the Meekatharra gold camp, with Greatland identifying it contained mantle tapping structures, an essential ingredient in large-scale gold and copper systems
