Team Internet Group (AIM:TIG) has confirmed that it has now officially changed its name from CentralNic, following an announcement last month.
Having unveiled the rebrand in early September, the internet solutions group confirmed the process had now been completed on Wednesday.
Team Internet will trade under the ticker symbol TIG, after this changed in September, while its legal entity and securities identification numbers will stay the same.
“Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name,” the group added.
“Existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.”
Team Internet’s website will also operate under a new address of www.teaminternet.com, with the group announcing that its first trading update under the fresh name will be published on Monday, 13 November.
