Live Company Group PLC (AIM:LVCG) said it is in the process of finalising net revenue figures from its recent KPOP-Lux concert in Madrid and does not expect to publish its accounts by 31 July as previously indicated, following its change of auditor last month.
Following the concert last weekend, which it said this week was the largest ever K-pop concert in Spain, the events company said it expects net revenue to "increase considerably" during the four years of the contract.
As executive producer, LVCG earns net revenue form a share of ticket sales, merchandising, sponsorship and streaming as well as an executive producer fee and global marketing fee, it said.
The company said "good progress" is being made with the 2022 annual accounts and it will update investors on this as well when appropriate.
