A collaboration agreement between Frontier Energy Ltd (ASX:FHE, OTCQB:FRHYF) and the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG), will see an injection of an agreed percentage of hydrogen into the Mainline South section of the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP) in Western Australia.
Hydrogen will come from FHE’s Bristol Springs Project which is just 120 kilometres from Perth. A definitive feasibility study (DFS) outlined the project’s potential to be both an earlier mover and one of the lowest-cost green hydrogen assets in Australia.

The economics of the project appear to be in good shape, offering a net present value (NPV5) of US$654 million (pre-tax), undiscounted net free cashflow of US$945 million (pre-tax) and annual free cashflow after the payback period of about US$56 million.
TRX Gold Corp said it has entered into an at-the-market (ATM) offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright, as lead agent, under which the company, at its discretion, may offer and sell its common shares for an aggregate offering price of up to US$10 million. If TRX Gold chooses to sell shares under the ATM offering, the company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for working capital and for other general corporate purposes.
