Mirriad Advertising PLC (AIM:MIRI, OTCQX:MMDDF) has said it is holding early-stage discussions about a potential investment or acquisition of the company with a number of interested parties.
The in-content advertising company, which has put itself up for sale as part of a strategic review, said the interested parties have been invited to put forward non-binding indicative proposals by early April, which will then be reviewed by the Mirriad board.
It noted that the current talks may be altered or terminated at any time and that there is no certainty that an offer will be made for the company.
“While all options are under consideration as part of the strategic review, including raising additional equity, there can be no assurance that the strategic review and formal sale process will result in any transaction, nor as to the terms of any transaction,” Mirriad cautioned in a statement.
