BioHarvest Sciences Inc has announced a private placement of up to C$8 million of two-year convertible notes that will predominantly support the rapidly expanding biotech’s growth in its polyphenols and antioxidants vertical.

The Schaft Creek deposit in northwestern British Columbia is one of the largest undeveloped porphyry copper deposits in North America that contains significant gold-molybdenum-silver by-products.
Africa Oil Corp (TSX:AOI) said it has signed two production-sharing contracts (PSCs) with the Republic of Equatorial Guinea for offshore Blocks EG-18 and EG-31, subject to ratification by the country's government.
Under the PSCs, Africa Oil will hold 80% operated interests in each block with the balance to be held by GEPetrol, the national oil company of Equatorial Guinea. GEPetrol has the option of acquiring an additional 15% participating interest in each block. Both blocks are covered by 3D seismic data and the total minimum work commitment for both blocks in the initial exploration periods is a combined total of US$7 million, with no drilling commitment.
Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has said its Rio Cravo Este-3 (RCE-3) appraisal well on the Tapir Block in Colombia’s Llanos Basin has reached target depth.
The company noted the RCE-3 well, which is located within the Rio Cravo Este oil field, reached total depth on February 16, 2023. The well was drilled to a total measured depth of 8,880 feet (8,087 feet true vertical depth) and encountered seven hydrocarbon-bearing intervals totaling 58 net feet of oil pay at measured depth, it added.
Nano One Materials Corp (TSX:NANO, OTC:NNOMF) said it has successfully completed the evaluation and benchmarking of its process, cathode materials and techno-economic modeling, under an agreement with a global automotive manufacturer.
The parties have a new Cathode Evaluation Agreement that adds lithium ferro-phosphate to the program, expanding their collaboration to target performance, cost and environmental specifications of cathode materials to meet the needs of original equipment manufacturers.
