Roquefort Therapeutics PLC (LSE:ROQ, OTCQB:ROQAF) has signed an exclusive license and royalty agreement with Randox Laboratories for medical diagnostics utilising the Midkine antibody portfolio.
The deal, estimated to be worth in excess of £5mln to Roquefort, grants Randox an exclusive global licence to the technology for the next decade - but as a medical diagnostic only.

The North America-focused lithium development company noted that Wilkins has held positions at a number of mining companies, including director of Exploration Great Basin at Coeur Mining, which had assets in Nevada; vice president and chief geologist, as well as being president and CEO, at Aztec Minerals Corp, which had assets in Arizona and Sonora, Mexico, guiding the company to public company status including a C$4.0mln Initial Public Offering (IPO); and also working as a principal geologist with Kennecott Exploration Co (Rio Tinto) in the Western US and Mexico.
Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR, OTCQX:TGRHF) said production has commenced from its new flake graphite production facilities at Sahamamy in Madagascar.
Production will be 18,000 tonnes a year (tpa) initially, taking the group to 30,000 tpa flake graphite capacity.
