Arecor Therapeutics PLC (AIM:AREC) said its Tetris Pharma subsidiary has signed a service agreement with Nasdaq-listed Syneos Health to help build a commercial platform across Europe.
Syneos will provide commercial support and build healthcare sector awareness of Tetris’ flagship diabetes product Ogluo as it rolls out from its UK base.

In a statement, Chariot reported that the agreement will cover 60mln cubic feet per day of gas on a ‘take-or-pay’ basis over a ten-year term, with the gas being delivered via the Maghreb-Europe gas pipeline and supply power generation.
CentralNic Group PLC (AIM:CNIC) has announced the appointment of its chief financial officer (CFO) Michael Riedl as the group's new chief executive with immediate effect.
The global internet software company said Riedl succeeds Ben Crawford who is retiring following a 13-year term during which he oversaw CentralNIC’s IPO in 2013 and drove the group’s revenues from just US$2mln to US$700mln.

The world-leading liquid biopsy company said the first poster, presented by ANGLE, outlines the utility of the Parsortix PC1 Clinical System in capturing and harvesting CTCs from a significantly larger proportion of MBC patients, compared to healthy donor samples. The ANG-008 study evaluated 75 MBC patient blood samples and 71 healthy volunteer blood samples.
