Gaming Realms PLC (AIM:GMR, OTCQX:PSDMF) said that it has repaid in full a loan to JPJ Group Holdings Limited.

The creator and licenser of mobile games said it paid £3.4mln in cash to the subsidiary of Bally’s corporation, a US entertainment company.

Included in the payment was an outstanding balance of £3mln plus related charges and interest.

The loan related to a £3.5mln secured convertible loan noted dated 14 December 2017.

“The company's financial position post repayment remains strong, with the company being highly cash generative and the net cash position as at 31 December 2022 expected to be approximately £3mln,” the company said in a statement.
