Analysts at Liberum Capital have raised their target price for Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) to 131p following the company's completion of the acquisition of Emitel, which they said increases their look-through EBITDA forecast to around £100mln.

In a note to clients, the Liberum analysts said: "As with CRA, this is a multi-dimensional business with increasing growth prospects as data consumption accelerates. CORD’s management team is highly rated and has significant operating company experience."

Chariot Ltd (AIM:CHAR, OTC:OIGLF) and its partner Total Eren, a leading renewable energy independent power producer (IPP) based in France, have agreed to work together on the development, financing, construction, and operation of a solar photovoltaic (PV) project that will provide competitive electricity for the Karo Platinum Project in Zimbabwe.

The solar PV project is expected to have an initial installed capacity of 30 MWp with a potential extension of up to 300 MWp. Construction of the Karo Platinum Mine has commenced, as marked today during an official ceremony in the presence of the Minister of Mines and Mining Development, Hon. W. Chitando.

88 Energy Ltd (AIM:88E, ASX:88E, OTC:EEENF) said it has signed up a rig contractor for the planned Hickory-1 exploration well, in Alaska, which is slated to spud by late February or early March.

The company, in a statement, said that permitting and planning for the well remains ‘on track’.

Caerus Mineral Resources PLC (LSE:CMRS) has entered into a binding heads of agreement with PM Ploutonic Metals Ltd and Indo-European Mining PR Ltd for the transfer of Caerus’ Cyprus assets to the two companies.

The transaction marks the end of Caerus’ direct involvement in Cyprus and reflects its broader strategy to seek larger development opportunities in the battery metals sector in partnership with EV Metals (EVM).
