Paramount Skydance Corp

Paramount Skydance Inc is a media and entertainment company with expertise in streaming, advertising, global markets, and consumer products. It is the parent company of Paramount Pictures, CBS, Showtime, MTV Entertainment and Nickelodeon film and TV studios, as well as streaming services via Paramount+ and Pluto TV, and theatrical and content distribution arms.  The group was created from the merger completed in August 2025 where Skydance Media combined with Paramount Global's parent company National Amusements.
