It holds a 42% interest in Bisichi Mining PLC, which operates in England and South Africa. Bisichi Mining PLC and its subsidiaries are involved in overseas mining and mining finance. LAP has investments in Analytical Properties Holdings Limited, its joint venture with the Bank of Scotland. Its main property is King Edward Court in Windsor. It also owns 50% interest in Dragon Retail Properties Limited. It provides office premises, property management, general management, accounting and administration services for both joint ventures. In September 2007, the Company acquired 50% of Windsor Joint Venture not already owned by it.
