The appointment of solicitor Sean Nicolson as executive director at drug developer e-Therapeutics (LON:ETX) is aimed at advancing the firm's portfolio, it told investors.
The 48 year old current company secretary is expected to take up the role in 2015, when he resigns from Bond Dickinson LLP, where he has been an equity partner for 17 years.
Nicholson has over two decades' experience as a solicitor and has for many years advised companies in the technology sector on IPOs, venture capital and private equity fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance.
