Token Agency is dedicated to helping crypto and blockchain startups launch successful ICOs

360 Blockchain Inc (CNSX:CODE) says its media platform Pressland has chosen Token Agency as its marketing partner for its upcoming token sale.

Founded in January 2017 by serial entrepreneur and blockchain pioneer Rob Behnke, Token Agency is dedicated to helping crypto and blockchain startups launch successful ICOs (initial coin offerings).

"To run a successful token sale, it's critical to communicate your project's mission, goals and value proposition. This is no simple task in the buzzy world of crypto and blockchain," said Pressland's founder and CEO Jeff Koyen.

"In under two years, Token Agency has proven itself a leader the very competitive space of blockchain marketing agencies, and we're grateful for this opportunity to work with them."

'Yelp for Media'...

Founded as "Yelp for Media" in 2014, 360 Blockchain's Pressland is relaunching this year as a blockchain-powered enterprise platform dedicated to fighting false news and misinformation.

Details of the token sale will be announced next month (August).

The token itself will serve as the platform's currency for any transactions.

"We maintain a very selective client roster," said Rob Behnke.

"But I've known Jeff Koyen for years in the crypto community, and I believe in Pressland's mission to bring trust and transparency to the media. We're thrilled to be part of this token event."

Talks on further collaboration...

360 Blockchain Inc and Token Agency are also discussing further opportunities to collaborate, including marketing partnerships with other 360 portfolio companies and capital investments, it said.

It's been a busy spell for Pressland. Last week, 360's shares gained ground as Pressland announced a commercial tie-up with New York start-up Membit Inc.

Membit is behind the augmented reality (AR) photo-sharing app, which allows users to place original content very precisely anywhere in the world without using markers.

It will license Pressland's data to help verify original journalism produced on its platform.

"Augmented reality is one of the most exciting, fastest-growing sectors in tech and its applications for media and journalism are only starting to be realized," Pressland's founder and chief executive Koyen had told investors.

Shares in Toronto added over 7% to C$0.07.
