Royal Bank of Scotland (LON:RBS) has entered into an agreement with DBS Group Holdings (DBS) to transfer certain staff and customers of its Retail and Commercial business in China (R&C business) to DBS.
This transfer marks further progress in the execution of the asset reduction element of RBS's strategic plan announced in February 2009.
Xcite Energy (LON:XEL) announced that the 9/3b-6z horizontal well section on the Bentley field has not yet commenced the test phase.
An operational issue with the export hose has occurred and an alternative testing procedure has been identified and is in the process of being implemented. The well test is expected to commence as soon as operational and weather conditions allow.
Caza Oil & Gas (LON:CAZA) reported that permanent production facilities are in place, and the O.B. Ranch #1 well on the Bongo Prospect in Wharton County, Texas was placed on production on 13 December 2010.
Initial production rates through the permanent facilities are approximately 2.48 million cubic feet of natural gas per day, 400 barrels of oil per day and 190 barrels of water per day in total.
Max Petroleum (LON:MXP) announced that the exploration period of its Blocks A&E Exploration and production licence has been formally extended until March 2013 by the Ministry of Oil and Gas of Kazakhstan.
SuperGroup (LON:SGP) released its interim report, saying that revenues jumped 65.1% to £90.3 million, while pre-tax profits soared 86.4% to £14.6 million.

Griffin Mining (LON:GFM) reported some of the latest drilling results from its 2010 drilling programme at Zone III and in the area linking Zone II & III.
This drilling has provided additional data for a revised resource estimate which is expected to significantly increase the mineral resources at Caijiaying. In addition, the new resource at Zone II, which is an extension of that existing deposit being mined at Zone III, may allow for a significant expansion in mining activities at Caijiaying in the future.
