Audioboom to be subsumed into Triton Digital in reverse takeoverAudioboom Group PLC (LON:BOOM), which hosts and distributes audio content, has inked international sales agreements in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
It has signed up with the Podcast Exchange in Canada, Placard Media in Australia and New Zealand and here in the UK with DAX, the world's largest, most advanced programmatic advertising platform.

Chief executive Rob Proctor said: "These worldwide agreements with leading networks and media sales agencies will extend the reach and commercialisation of Audioboom podcasts through programmatic and in-read advertising, and further increases our revenue generating capabilities."
