Stratex International plc (LON:STI) announced late on Monday that following the results of the General Meeting on 1 November 2017, Marcus Engelbrecht has now left the company.
Engelbrecht had been removed from the board by a vote at the general meeting, but remains an employee of the company.

However, Stratex said his employment had now been “terminated.”

The meeting also resulted in a vote to cancel the acquisition of Brazilian-based gold company Crusader Resources and the company has now begun formal proceedings to do so.
