Mwana Africa (LON:MWA) is in discussions to appoint a new nominated adviser (nomad) and broker after Peel hunt served notice to quit.
Peel Hunt's stint as nomad will end on 25 July, by which time Mwana should have a replacement on board, otherwise trading in the company's shares on AIM will be suspended until an appointment is made.
Peel Hunt said it would fully cooperate in the hand over of duties to Mwana's new broker to ensure a smooth transition.
Shares in the pan-African multi-commodity mining and development company tumbled 0.27p to 1.5p in early deals.
