Cobham is a “falling knife situation” for traders says Zak Mir

Technical analyst Zak Mir says there’s little in the Cobham Plc (LON:COB) chart for traders to get too happy about, although he notes that there may be a ‘bit of an overshoot on the downside’.

Mir quips that Cobham is the defence company that’s best known for its profits warnings, and says in the aftermath of the most recent disappointment the shares might see a ‘dead cat bounce’.

That being said, he adds: “it is a falling knife situation, perhaps one to avoid”.
