Falanx CEO John Blamire on TalkTalk hack and cyber threats

John Blamire, chief executive of Falanx Group (LON:FLX), says companies and individuals must change their laissez-faire attitude to online data and cyber security.

It follows the TalkTalk (LON:TALK) cyber-attack, which has put protecting consumers' data right back at the top of the agenda for many people and businesses.

“We’re in digital version of the industrial revolution,” says Blamire.

“The way we consume our data, the number of devices we have, has completely outstripped our understanding of the impact of where we hold data and how we use it.”

AIM-listed Falanx is a security and intelligence provider with a suite of suite of cyber security software products.
