Rambler CEO Williams on Thundermin merger benefits

Norman Williams, chief executive of Rambler Metals & Mining (LON:RMM) explains the benefits of the company’s merger with Thundermin Resources (TSXV:THR).

"Raising funds to move explorations projects forward is probably the toughest it’s ever been for mining companies, particularly juniors.

“This planned merger provides us with an opportunity to move the Thundermin’s Little Deer and Whalesback projects forward and take advantage of our mining and processing infrastructure."

The merger would also boost trading liquidity of the shares on the Toronto venture exchange, he reckons.
