Creso Pharma Ltd (ASX:CPH, OTCQB:COPHF) has appointed a new non-executive director to the board with Peter Hatfull set to take over from outgoing director Dr James Ellingford.
Hatfull brings more than 40 years of experience in senior executive and board positions to the Creso team, working across both Australian and international companies.
His skill set spans business optimisation, strategic planning, corporate governance capital raising and group restructuring capabilities — experience the company will leverage as it builds on its brand portfolio.
Hatfull graduated as a Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom, where he worked for Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
After that, the new Creso director moved to Africa, where he spent eight years in Malawi before moving to Australia.
Creso described Hatfull as a professional director who’s serving on the boards of several listed and unlisted companies.
