Quantum eMotion Corp (TSX-V:QNC, OTCQB:QNCCF) has beefed up its executive team with seasoned entrepreneur Paul Arsenault as vice president business development.
Arsenault has worked in the OLED display sector, semiconductor industry and venture capital spaces for over 25 years managing and growing several technology companies via investment and strategic partnerships with many semiconductor and consumer electronics companies.
Having worked in the Asian region since 1996, the new vice president will be based in Taiwan.

Arsenault has dealt with many players such as Taiwan Semiconductor (TSMC), Vanguard Semiconductor, SAMSUNG, LG Electronics, and FoxConn, Quantum eMotion noted in a release.
"We are very pleased to welcome Paul onboard" commented Francis Bellido, CEO of Quantum, in a statement.
"His expertise around chip design and his considerable network will be invaluable as we move forward with our technology deployment strategy.”
Arsenault will seek out new business opportunities and help accelerate Quantum’s miniaturizing development program for its next-generation Quantum RNG chipset, Bellido added.
Arsenault told shareholders that QRNG technology is intended to drastically improve the quality of encryption that safeguards the security and privacy of electronic communications and digital assets.
“I am very excited to join QeM as I believe its QNRG technology, based on electron quantum tunnelling, could become a game changer in the cybersecurity industry," he said.
