Great Atlantic Resources Corp (TSX-V:GR) announced it is making its Kagoot Brook cobalt property available for option.
The 4,233-hectare property in New Brunswick’s Bathurst mining camp is 100%-owned by Great Atlantic.
Exploration at Kagoot Brook has revealed highly anomalous cobalt in stream and spring sediment and slit samples within the central region of the property, according to a release.

Up to 6,000 parts per million (ppm) cobalt was reported, Great Atlantic said.
In October 2022, Great Atlantic conducted prospecting and rock geochemical sampling, collecting 14 rock samples that will be submitted for multi-element analysis and gold assay.
Vancouver-based Great Atlantic is a project generator focused on Atlantic Canada, with a special focus on gold, copper, zinc, nickel, cobalt, antimony and tungsten.
