Toubani Resources Inc. (TSX-V:TRE) has announced that its securities are scheduled to begin trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on November 28, 2022, under the ticker code ‘TRE’.
The gold project developer said its shares will continue to trade on TSX Venture Exchange also under the symbol ‘TRE’.
Toubani noted that in connection with its dual listing it has raised A$6 million, adding new shareholders who are predominantly from Australia.

The company said that the net proceeds of the capital raise will be used to undertake an extensive drill program to identify and incorporate all potential high-value material into an updated Mineral Resource estimate for the Kobada gold project in Mali.
Toubani Resources is focused on building Africa's next mid-tier gold producer and its main asset is the Kobada project in southern Mali, which is in an advanced stage having completed the 2021 definitive feasibility study and is targeting gold production of 100,000 ounces (oz) per annum.
