TNR Gold Corp (TSX-V:TNR, OTC:TRRXF) announced an extension to a royalty purchase agreement involving the Mariana Lithium project in Argentina, monetizing part of its royalty holdings and providing an important benchmark for valuations of assets in its royalty portfolio.
The agreement, originally reached in July, was made with an Ontario limited partnership affiliated with Lithium Royalty Corp for the sale of a portion of its net smelter returns (NSR) royalty involving the Mariana Lithium Project.

Fabled Copper Corp. (CSE:FABL) has announced that all proposed resolutions were approved at the company's Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on October 27, 2022. Fabled said shareholders voted in favor of all the resolutions proposed by the company’s board of directors and management. A total of 23,250,379 common shares were voted, representing 13.39% of total shares issued and outstanding as of the record date. The number of directors of the company was set at five and shareholders approved the re- election of David Smalley, Peter Hawley, Luc Pelchat, Louis Martin and Patrick Donovan. Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, were re-appointed as auditors of Fabled Copper for the ensuing year and the directors have been authorized to fix their remuneration.
