Wellbeing Digital Sciences (NEO:MEDI.AQN, OTCQB:KONEF) Inc said it has appointed Mohammad Sharifi to its board of directors, effective November 22, 2022.
Sharifi will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Governance Committee of the Board, it added.

The company noted Sharifi’s extensive experience in marketing and digital communications which have spanned the consumer products industry. He also held various senior marketing roles, including at Telus Telecommunication where he was responsible for the growth and marketing of their business.
Sharifi joins at a key point in the company’s growth and his knowledge and experience will be vital as it continues plans to fundamentally change the mental health industry by providing the research, education, and distribution needed to make innovative treatments accessible, the company said.
