Cipherpoint Ltd (ASX:CPT) has completed the acquisition of Excite IT Pty Ltd and appointed its founder Bryan Saba as managing director of the company.
Saba holds qualifications in Business Programming and Information Technology and has more than 20 years of experience in the managed IT Services sector.
He founded Excite IT in 2008 and successfully scaled the business through a phase of rapid growth by providing advanced technology services and cultivating strong business relationships with a broad customer base across Australia.
Prior to that, Saba led the IT operations of the Australian arm of global insurance giant Genworth Financial (NYSE:GNW) Inc.
Cipherpoint will shortly release an updated investor presentation outlining its strategy following the Excite IT acquisition.
