Valeo Pharma Inc. (TSX:VPH, OTCQB:VPHIF) has announced that Frederic Fasano has stepped down as the company's president and chief operating officer.
It said he will continue to act as a special advisor to the company and will remain on the board of directors. Fasano's duties and responsibilities are being integrated and assumed by the company's CEO, Steve Saviuk and its chief commercial officer, Kyle Steiger.
"On behalf of the entire Company, I would like to express my appreciation to Frederic for his dedication and contribution to Valeo's growth over the last 22 months," Saviuk said in a statement. " The Company will continue to benefit from his insights as an advisor and member of our Board of Directors and we wish him the best in his future endeavours".
