Genedrive PLC, the molecular diagnostics company, slumped 23% to 9.7p as annual losses deepened and revenues fell.
Sales in the 12 months to 30 June fell to £50,000 from £690,000 a year prior, while the group reported a loss of £4.7mln from £700,000.
Chief executive David Budd said that despite the financials, the group “made good progress on advancing our strategy in pharmacogenetics, and the opportunity to be leaders in the establishment of genetic testing in acute point of care.”
“Market development and engagement is positive and growing, as we have unique products with positive health economic and clinical outcome.”
