Fireweed Metals Corp (TSX-V:FWZ, OTCQB:FWEDF) CEO Brandon Macdonald joined Steve Darling to share news the company feels they have shown potential with the first results from its initial exploration program at the Gayna River project in Northwest Territories. Macdonald telling Proactive they saw high-grade rock samples which confirmed the presence of mineralization with samples coming back better than 7% zinc. The company saw soil samples that confirmed the presence of a strong, 4 km x 1 km, historical zinc and lead soil anomaly which showed multiple drill targets from a ground gravity survey.
