Landore Resources intersects 'significant' palladium-enriched nickel mineralisation on Felix-Lamaune prospects

The 21.74-metre intersection included 0.34g/t palladium and 0.11g/t platinum

Landore Resources Ltd (AIM:LND, OTC:LNDLF) said it intersected significant palladium-enriched nickel mineralisation on the Felix-Lamaune prospects at its Junior Lake Property in Ontario, Canada.

Results from the 21.74-metre (m) intersection from one drill hole included 0.34 grammes a tonne (g/t) palladium and 0.11g/t platinum, including 1.45g/t palladium and 0.51g/t platinum over 0.70m and 1.86g/t gold and 0.55% copper over 1.00m.

The intersection extends the Grassy Pond prospect, discovered in 2008, for a further 250m along strike to the east, said Landore, adding that the Grassy Pond prospect now extends from 3500W to 4150W and remains open to the east and west.

“The above Grassy Pond prospect promises to be yet another link in the chain of battery metals deposits/prospects so far identified along the southern margin of the Grassy Pond Sill from the palladium-enriched Nickel Carrot Top zone in the west to the B4-7 nickel-copper-cobalt-platinum group metals deposit 11 kilometres to the east,” said chief executive Bill Humphries.

“This is just a small portion of the 30-kilometer shear zone, highly prospective for battery metals and gold, which transects Landore's Junior Lake property."
