Ceres Power's China joint ventures timeline pushed back

All parties remain committed to the deal and the structure has been agreed upon, said the statement

Ceres Power said negotiations over its new China joint venture (JV) agreements with Robert Bosch and Weichai Power have been postponed until 2023.

All parties remain committed to the deal and the structure has been agreed upon, the fuel cell group said in a statement, but several commercial items require more time to be finalised between the partners.

Ceres added this will also delay plans to move from AIM to the Premium section of the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Heads of terms were signed in February for the ventures, which will see manufacturing facilities set up in China for Ceres' solid oxide technology and for fuel cell stacks.
