(MMCI), by the Balatoc Indigenous Cultural Community (ICC) to develop the MCB Copper-Gold Project in northern Luzon, the Philippines. The social licence to operate is a key milestone for Celsius as the project moves closer to construction and operations. The agreement is valid for 25 years and includes exploration, development, production and operational activities.
