Victory Resources adds highly prospective Tahlo Lake property in exciting copper-gold district of British Columbia

A regional geochemical survey silt sample in the center of the property returned over the 96th percentile for copper and over the 98th percentile for zinc

Victory Resources Corp (CSE:VR, OTC:VRCFF) announced it has staked a new property in a prolific copper-gold porphyry district of British Columbia.

The Tahlo Lake property in the Babine district currently consists of 735 hectares, 11 kilometres (northwest) of the NAK property owned by American Eagle Gold, and 19 kilometres (northwest) of the Morrison deposit, adjacent to the same north-northwest-trending fault.

Porphyry deposits in the Babine district are hosted by Jurassic strata and associated with major north-northwest trending faults, Victory told shareholders.

A regional geochemical survey silt sample in the center of the property returned over the 96th percentile for copper and over the 98th percentile for zinc, Victory noted. Other sampling programs conducted in the past have also returned encouraging results.

The site is near American Eagle’s NAK property, which was the site of very promising drill results earlier in November.

"Our geology team has identified and staked this property with promising historical findings within the Babine copper-gold porphyry district - within which American Eagle Gold Corp (TSX-V:AE) announced on 7 November 2022 that its NAK property drill program had ‘intersected broad intervals of porphyry-style mineralization’ on all five holes drilled," noted Mark Ireton, Victory Resources president.

"Victory will continue to assess historical information along with current geology findings toward the development a plan to advance the Tahlo Lake property."

Victory Resources is currently developing its existing projects including its optioned Loner property in Nevada, the Smokey Lithium property in Nevada, the Mal-Wen property in British Columbia and a number of other properties.
