AdEPT Technology Group PLC (AIM:ADT) chief executive Phil Race and finance director John Swaite speak to Proactive after confirming the reinstatement of interim dividend payments in its latest results update. Race says that the payment of a dividend "is not a massive detractor from [the group's] strategy to pay down debt."
He also reveals the group's strategy for dealing with the range of challenges currently facing businesses, and expresses optimism about AdEPT's ability to "go and grab" the opportunities that are currently on offer.
