Totally PLC (AIM:TLY), the provider of healthcare services, reported an increase in revenues and profits in the six months to 30 September 2022.
Turnover grew 14% to £70.3mln compared to the first half of 2022, while gross profit was up 2.6% to £11.9mln.
“The operating environment has continued to be challenging for everyone in healthcare, and as the winter months approach, cases of COVID-19 and seasonal flu are, as expected, on the increase,” said chairman Bob Holt.
"This brings both opportunities and challenges for the group. Totally has a strong track record of managing services in difficult conditions and was established to support the NHS in the management of demand fluctuations just like this.”
Operationally, it said it delivered services to roughly 1.25mln patients during the first half.
London-listed Totally added that it was awarded extensions to 15 existing urgent care contracts, which amounts to roughly £37mln in value, “underpinning recurring income and reflecting the quality of service and strength of relationships with NHS partners”.
The company is paying an unchanged interim dividend of 0.5p.
