Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM:SEE, OTC:SEEMF) said it has appointed Martin Ive to succeed Naomi Rule as chief financial officer of the eye-tracking specialist.
Ive joins from Australian software group Altium, where he has been since 2004, latterly as CFO.
Investors were told Rule, who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities, and her replacement will conduct a "comprehensive handover".
Ive will not be appointed to the Seeing Machines board.
