Deep-South Resources Inc (TSX-V:DSM) announced that it will start the soil sampling program on its three licences in Zambia following approval of the Environmental Project Briefs (EPB) submitted to the Zambia Environmental Management Agency (ZEMA).
The mineral exploration and development company said the program consists of geochemical soil sampling on each licence, with the aim of identifying anomalies and defining drilling targets.
Deep-South noted the goal of the sampling program at its Luanshya West project, situated in the center of the Zambian Copper belt, is to generate new geochemical data (verify the old data) and to delineate drilling targets over the anomalies identified.

The program is expected to be completed in about 30 days.
As well, the company added that the soil-geochemistry survey at Chililabombwe project should locate any copper anomalies within the area.
And, the Mpongwe project’s sampling program has been designed to search for copper anomalies using a soil-geochemistry survey.
