BlueRush Inc. (TSX-V:BTV) has added a couple of new faces to its board and management teams.
The company announced the appointment of Mark Soane to its board of directors and Radek Costa-Sarnicki as its new CFO.
Soane is co-founder and managing director of Glidepath Auxo LLC, a technology-focused growth equity firm. Both Soane and his partner Daniel Hoskins invested in BlueRush’s private placement of convertible debenture units in August 2022.

Soane previously founded Appian Ventures, an information technology-focused venture capital firm, as well as Quest Capital Partners, a private equity firm focusing on investments in venture capital and private equity across multiple industries.
As for its new CFO, Costa-Sarnicki is a senior-level finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in emerging technologies, finance, treasury and operations. Costa-Sarnicki boasts extensive experience in the startup ecosystem, working with FinTech, SaaS, metaverse, and crypto companies, reorganizing, streamlining, and strengthening financial operations to maximize performance and profitability.
Separately, BlueRush said its shareholders have voted in favour of a share consolidation on the basis of one post-consolidation share for up to five pre-consolidation shares. The board has resolved to complete the consolidation on a 1:5 basis. Completion of the consolidation is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
