The share placing is part of the fintech group's efforts to increase its market capitalisation to £50mln, White explains.
White adds that he's excited by the response Eight Capital has had so far despite it being a "difficult time to raise money," while its conversion to a fintech operator comes at a time of emerging opportunities in this space.
