And across the pond, European indices continued their green streak thanks to gains among travel and technology stocks.
Looking at commodities now — spot gold is down 0.15 per cent, while brent crude has recovered to a 0.3 per cent gain.
And the Aussie dollar failed to move the needle overnight. It’s currently buying 65 US cents and 56 British pence.
