Lake Resources IR appointment continues focus on growth

Lake executive chairman Stuart Crow said Karen Greene’s experience in the US would help the company achieve its ESG goals as well as grow LKE.

Lake Resources NL (ASX:LKE, OTCQB:LLKKF) has added Karen Greene to the corporate team as a senior vice president to lead investor relations.

Greene has extensive experience as an investor relations executive through more than 20 years with leading US companies.

This included as senior vice president, Global Client Experience and Corporate Communications, member of Senior Leadership Team at Q4 Inc (TSX:QFOR), Toronto, and managing director, Public Investor Relations at Hamilton Lane Corp and Actua Corporation in the US.

The key appointment is expected to strengthen and broaden the experience of the Lake Resources management team and build the business for the long term. This includes a focus on environmental, social and governance considerations in supply chains.

Karen Green will head up IR for LKE.

Maturing the company

Lake executive chairman Stuart Crow said Greene’s experience in the US would help the company achieve its ESG goals as well as grow LKE.

“She also has hands-on experience in helping companies grow and mature – as well as branding and marketing expertise as we progress our cleaner way of producing lithium,” Crow said.

Lake CEO David Dickson pointed to Greene helping LKE evolve, which means placing more importance on communicating Lake’s strategy, progress and milestones with the investment community, and continuing to build strong relationships with current and prospective shareholders.

Greene’s appointment comes shortly after Dickson took over as CEO and managing director.

Dickson has a proven track record in successfully delivering multi-billion-dollar resource projects.
