BioLargo Inc (OTCQB:BLGO) announced that it has appointed Linda Park and Christina Bray to the company’s board of directors.
The developer of technologies in the cleantech space said Park is a trusted executive and legal professional with a proven track record of supporting and advising public companies, while Bray is a senior finance specialist, entrepreneur, and renewables specialist, who is currently the CEO of Bluedot Energies, a company that designs, builds, and manages electric vehicle charging stations for large-scale public and private applications.
“Both (Park and Bray) have such significant experience in advancing innovative projects, as well as building and supporting successful companies,” BioLargo CEO Dennis Calvert said in a statement.

“We know that they will make important contributions to our efforts to transform BioLargo into a cleantech juggernaut,” Calvert added.
BioLargo also noted that the new board members will replace John Runyan and Kent (Rick) Roberts II, who have retired from their board positions, although both will remain as formal advisors to the company’s board of directors as their time permits.
BioLargo invents, develops, and commercializes innovative technologies in the cleantech space, including for PFAS contamination, advanced water and wastewater treatment, industrial odor and VOC control, air quality control, and infection control.
With over 13 years of extensive R&D, it also holds a wide array of issued patents, maintains a robust pipeline of products, and provides full-service environmental engineering.
