Redx Pharma PLC (AIM:REDX) said it will present a poster on the combination module of the Phase 1 clinical study of its RXC004 candidate to treat advanced solid tumours in Boston next week.
Cancer and fibrotic disease specialist Redx will present at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) Conference, highlighting the results of RXC004’s combination with nivolumab, known as Opdivo, an anti-PD-1 antibody.
RXC004 is an orally active Porcupine inhibitor being developed as a targeted therapy for Wnt-ligand-dependent cancer.
Evaluation is now underway for Phase 2 proof-of-concept clinical studies in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), biliary tract cancers and pancreatic cancer.
After completing the Phase 1 combination study, enrolment will start in combination cohorts of RXC004 with anti-PD-1 antibodies in mCRC and biliary tract cancers within these Phase 2 studies.
