Cloud DX receives its sixth Ontario Paramedicine Group contract

The company said the initial funding envelope for this deployment includes up to C$200,000 over 24 months

Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) Inc announced that it has received a new Ontario County Paramedic Service Group contract to provide Connected Health kits and services to vulnerable patients within the community, its sixth community paramedic service contract received in Ontario.

The company said the initial funding envelope for this deployment includes up to C$200,000 over 24 months, with funding for the program coming from the C$82.5 million Community Paramedicine for Long Term Care program announced last year by the Ontario government.

“This new partnership solidifies Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) as the virtual care platform of choice for Ontario's Community Paramedicine programs,” Cloud DX chief operating officer Anthony Kaul said in a statement.

“As our Connected Health network expands across Ontario, we're reducing the burden on the province's overtaxed 911 system, lowering hospital admissions, keeping residents in their homes longer and giving them more control of their health,” Kaul added.

Cloud DX noted that the Ontario Paramedic Service is the fifth county to choose Cloud DX Connected Health to improve positive patient outcomes as part of its Community Paramedicine Remote Monitoring program.

The company added that it expects to deploy more than 1,000 Connected Health kits for this use case by early 2023, as hospital-at-home and community remote monitoring programs increase in scale.

As well, Cloud DX said it will present its third-quarter earnings on November 16, 2022 at 12pm EST.

In addition to covering the 3Q results, company CEO Robert Kaul will also highlight the corporate initiatives driving momentum throughout the year as well as provide an update on a number of contracts, partnerships, and technology developments.
