Gold Basin Resources Corporation (TSX-V:GXX) said a geophysical review has identified multiple new targets and additional deposit styles potential at its 100%-owned Gold Basin project in Arizona.
The company reported the results of an extensive review of multiple sets of geophysical data collected over the past 18 months, interpreting airborne/UAV magnetic, radiometric, and induced polarization and electrical resistivity (IP/ER) surveys on the property.
The report combines and redefines the major geophysical targets within Gold Basin's licenses into five target areas: East Cyclopic, SE Extension of the Cyclopic Fault, Stealth Cyclopic Detachment Fault (DTF), West Cyclopic, and Senator and Owen.

Gold Basin said the IP/ER survey mapped four alteration types being a shallow chargeability zone associated with pervasive clay (sericite) alteration in the DTF upper plate that extends into the footwall containing Km/Kg as possibly pyritic/magnetitie alteration; high resistivity most likely associated with quartz or silica; high chargeability, which are possible epithermal up-flow zones; and moderate chargeability which is a possible Propylitic Zone at 150 metres depth and below.

Gold Basin is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in North America, including the Gold Basin property located in the Gold Basin Mining District, Mohave County, Arizona.
