Delivra Health Brands Inc. (TSX-V:DHB) - formerly known as Harvest One Cannabis Inc – announced that its wholly-owned Dream Products USA Inc subsidiary has further expanded its distribution in the US, signing a sales and distribution agreement with Casey's General Stores, a North American convenience store chain with over 2,400 locations.
“These relationships, complemented by our existing partners and network in North America, will accelerate distribution, brand awareness and product trial,” Delivra Health Brands CEO Gord Davey said in a statement.

“This expanded network is exciting news as it will foster additional growth of the company's existing CPG (consumer packaged goods) brand, Dream Water, and set the company up for future success with our anticipated line extensions of both cannabis infused and non-infused products,” Davey added.
As well, the company reported that it has granted certain Delivra Health directors, officers and employees options to purchase a total of 4.9 million company shares pursuant to its share option plan.
It added that the options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per common share and will have a term of five years from the date of grant.
