Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LSE:CDL) chief executive Kyler Hardy speaks to Proactive following the announcement that responsibility for its mineral exploration will be transferred to a new wholly owned subsidiary Cloudbreak Exploration Inc.
Cloudbreak Discovery meanwhile intends to focus on energy royalty acquisitions in the United States and acquisitions of minority interests in international energy projects.
Hardy describes the change as "very accretive news for the company" that is "coming along quite nicely."
