Falcon Gold Corp said it has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise total proceeds of up to $800,000 by issuing up to 4,615,385 flow-through units and issuing up to 1,818,182 non-flow-through units. Each flow-through unit priced at 13 cents will consist of one flow-through common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for and purchase one non-flow-through common share at a price of 25 cents for a period of 24 months following the acceptance date. Each non-flow-through unit priced at 11 cents per unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for and purchase one non-flow-through common share at a price of 15 cents for a period of 24 months following the acceptance date. The aggregate gross proceeds from the sale of the FT offering will be used for exploration and development of the company's B.C., Ontario, Newfoundland and Quebec projects. Finders' fees may be paid in connection with the offering in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued in connection with the FT offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after closing of the offering. Completion of the offering and payment of the finders' fees are subject to the approval of the exchange.

SWMBRD Sports Inc has said it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 12 million units at a price of five cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $600,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of six cents per share, for a period of five years from the date the units are issued. The said it company plans to allocate the net proceeds of the offering for the production of SWMBRDs for sale and as general working capital. The company may increase or decrease the size of the offering in its sole discretion. The offering will be non-brokered, but the company may, as determined in its sole discretion, pay reasonable customary broker's and/or finder's fees, as applicable, in connection with the completion of the offering. All securities issued under the offering will be subject to applicable resale restrictions, including a four-month hold from the date of issuance.

Infinity Stone Ventures Corp said it has closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement of 1.13 million units at a price of 25 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of $282,500. Each unit comprises one Class A subordinate voting share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable into one share at a price of 50 cents for a period of two years from the date of issuance. In connection with the offering, the company issued 34,400 finders' warrants, and paid finder's fees of $8,600. Africa Oil Corp said it has repurchased a total of 2,084,350 Africa Oil common shares during the period of October 24, 2022, to October 28, 2022, under the previously announced share buyback program. During the period dated October 24, 2022, to October 28, 2022, the company repurchased 834,350 Africa Oil common shares on the TSX and/or alternative Canadian trading systems. The repurchases were carried out by Scotia Capital Inc on behalf of the company. During the same period, the company repurchased 1,250,000 Africa Oil common shares on Nasdaq Stockholm, and these repurchases were carried out by Pareto Securities on behalf of the company. All common shares repurchased by Africa Oil under the share buyback program will be cancelled.
